ReVoS Home includes nationwide 911 service, free nationwide 411 information, caller ID, caller ID blocking, call waiting, voicemail retrieval by phone and email, call forwarding (within the continental U.S.), 3-way calling, speed dial, call return (*69), virtual numbers, repeat dialing (redial), do not disturb, privacy guard, wake-up call, call hold, music on hold, anonymous call rejection, call filter, and blacklist. How Does ReVoS Home Service work?
By using VoIP! VoIP stands for Voice over Internet Protocol, which is also known as Internet Telephone Service. Quite simply, it's technology that enables your voice to be sent over the Internet using your existing broadband connection. VoIP not only boasts call quality as good as (or even better than) traditional phone service, but also boasts a full array of terrific features, all at a substantially lower cost than traditional phone service providers. Will I need new equipment to use ReVoS Home?
Yes- ReVoS Home requires the use of an ATA adapter, which we provide free of charge (you must, however, pay the $9.95 shipping and handling charge, which is not included).
Is the equipment difficult to set up?
No, it's actually very easy: simply connect your telephone to your existing broadband (high-speed) Internet connection using the ReVos phone adapter we supply free of charge. Setup usually takes less than five minutes, and there's no software to install! If you have any questions, check out our

Does ReVoS Home Service work with all telephone handsets?
Yes, the service is compatible with all handsets, so you won't need to replace the one you're currently using.
Can I keep my home phone number?
Absolutely- your home number will remain the same, unless you specifically request otherwise.
Do I need anything else to make my service work?
ReVoS operates over your existing broadband internet connection, so be sure to keep your service current. Please note that, if your broadband connection is interrupted at any time, your ReVoS service may be interrupted also.
Does ReVoS Home Service work with all broadband internet providers?
Yes, the service is compatible with all broadband service providers.
How do I pay for my service?
Once you enroll in ReVoS Home service, our convenient monthly auto-billing system eliminates the need for you to renew your service every month! We'll simply bill you on the 1st of each month, and charge the credit/debit card you provide us during the sign-up process on the 15th of each month.
Are there any other fees associated with ReVoS Home Service?
Aside from the $19.95 monthly fee, you're only responsible for a one-time activation fee of $24.95, and a one-time shipping and handling fee for the ReVoS Home adapter of $9.95, which are both due at the time of purchase. Normal taxes will also apply.
Can I make international calls?
Yes! As a ReVoS Home customer, you can make international calls to over 40 international destinations for just 1.9¢/minute! You'll also enjoy very low international rates to other countries.
How do 911 services work?
We offer 911 services to all of our customers nationwide. Those who live in areas eligible to receive E911 services will be provided with them at no extra charge, and those who are not will receive basic 911 services. In the case that neither option is available to you, your 911 call will be routed to our emergency center, and will be handled as a standard emergency call. Since the capabilities of the service types vary, it is important that you understand their differences

Can I distribute my ReVoS Home service to multiple phones in my house?
Yes- the easiest way for you to distribute ReVoS service throughout your household is to use an expandable cordless phone system with multiple handsets. Simply connect your ReVoS adapter to the base unit of the expandable phone system you're using, and then place the handsets in various locations throughout the house. If you prefer not to use an expandable cordless phone system and would rather re-wire your home to support multiple access points for ReVoS service, we strongly recommend that you consult an inside wiring professional or electrician. Please be aware that, while most types of broadband internet connections are compatible with re-wiring, DSL connections are not, and may only be distributed throughout a house by way of the expandable cordless phone system described above.
